High Blood Pressure is very serious disease ! you must check it & control it.
Hypertension is the condition of having high blood pressure. It is very common and affects around 50 million Americans of which about 30% are not yet diagnosed (NHLBI). Hypertension is an under dignosed condition. because it causes damage to the body with no symptoms or only mild symptoms. It has been called a "silent killer" for this reason.
Most people are not aware that they have high blood pressure because of a general lack of symptoms until major complications arise. Some people may however, have headaches or nosebleeds, but these are rare symptoms. Because of this lack of symptoms, regular medical care is vital to monitoring blood pressure and promptly treating high blood pressure.

High cholestrol is reasonably well known as a killer. Having high cholestrol is a major risk factor for heart disease High cholesterol is also "silent" because it usually does not cause any significant noticable symptoms. Regular medical checkups are critical to avoid the pitfalls and complications of high cholesterol.
